Road side indian food 2........

This is road side indian food. It is cheaper, so that most of the common indian likes this food. It is in different varietes, different kinds of food prepares here and sells. Mainly Mysore bajjai,or bonda,bajji mirhci,chana vada. These foods are easy to cook, so that by the side of the road these food prepares before the people and sells it. It tastes good with a low price, so all people even students are also likes this kind of food by the road side of india. Its preparation also very simeple. For bonda or Mysore bajji, Simply takes one portion of Maida or fine wheat floor, mix with jeera,mirchi powder added salt, preserved aside for one hours. Then it went fermentation, Then the mix agains mixes well, before deep frying in the oil. My making small balls with hands the mysore bajji deep fries in high temparature, after looks brown the balls of fried bonda takes out. With ground nut chatney it takes. It cheaps so less price but it taste so good. In cool winters all people enjoys road side indian food.
