This is great India where the govt gets its income through liquer. And the govt has been running through the revenue of luquer sale only. It is shame to say that a govt has been depending on luquer that ruined the public at large. This video is an example how people suffered by drinking liquer. On the Indipendence Day this video is shoot. It is ECIL cross roads, oppsite to a shop a man fell on the road in the drunken stage, he is well dressed but he is in drunken stage lying on the roadside nobody cares for him, because this is India nobody has the time to care.
